Alpha Netball Club – TRIALS/TRAINING SESSIONS 2007/2008
Training sessions consist of a combination of fitness, ball skills and games. All designed to develop the skills of players and improve their ability and fitness.
Where:
Training takes place every wednesday evening, 7-9pm, indoors in Streatham during winter and outdoors in Kennington for the summer.
What to bring:
Players are expected to wear sportswear, plus bring a towel and drink as sessions are very physically demanding!
